1、超大单买入，股价短暂拉升后开始跳水，这时主力故意营造出大单拉升的假象，意在后面不断出货。

2、大单频现，被卖单全部接受，股价不涨反跌。这也是主力正在对倒出货的标志，主力资金故意大单成交吸引散户，实际上在偷偷出货。

3、多空分歧。通常当股价上涨回调过程中容易出现市场多空双方发生分歧，前期获利的资金想卖出，场外的资金想进场继续炒作，如果空方不断中小单卖出，多方大单买进也会出现股价下跌的情况。
