1、日内做t口诀。三句话：7格3线黄线离，3到6格要做T，6格之上需谨慎。7格就是把分时图主图坐标改成涨跌停板坐标，上下就是7个格子了。分时黄白线之间的距离小于3个格子就没必要做t了，3到6格就可以做t，但是不能超过第6个格子，如果白线的距离到了第6格之上，那就不要去做T了，此时股价很容易涨停或者跌停。
