做t的技巧主要是通过正t和反t观察日内分时均线与价格的偏离程度实现t+0交易。正t即盘中股价向下偏离分时均线先买入一定数量股票，等待股价上涨向上偏离分时均线时立马卖出早先持有的等量股票。反t即判断股票当天可能下跌，先卖出手中股票等待跌幅达到心理预期之后再买回等量股票。做t就是当天买的股票当天卖掉，当天卖出的股票当天要买回来，否则就失去了做t的意义。做t做的好的话可以增加短线差价利润或者降低持股成本，做不好的话可能加重亏损甚至失去筹码。
