股市是经济的晴雨表，A股长期其实也上涨了，只不过由于牛短熊长的原因感觉好像一直没涨。比如过去十年时间，以表现最差的上证指数为例，2012年上证指数的点位在2000点附近，2022年上证指数点位目前在3300点附近，年均增长率超过了6.5%（3300-2000）/2000/10。可以看出其实A股也上涨了，只不过我们习惯性看的比较多的上证指数也就是大盘涨幅并不大，而且整体并没有跑赢M2的增长。

对于大盘上涨不是很多的原因主要有3个。一是上市太多退市太少，导致没有优胜劣汰，整体成长性不强。二是A股权重股票多以传统产业为主，这些公司在中国发展比较稳定，没有出现大的超越宏观经济的成长性。三是近些年中国经济转型升级，主动去杠杆、去产能、去库存，导致宏观经济出现增速向下换挡。
