2、除了估值，还要看股票所处行业是否景气。一般而言传统产业成长性比较小，遇到经济不景气周期容易破发，所以这样的股票即使跌破发行价也要谨慎考虑。但对于一些成长性比较好的公司股票，如果遇到市场不好的时候泥沙俱下，导致股价跌破发行价，考虑到未来基本面成长性，则可以逢低买入。
