250日均线，又称年线，更在股市中俗称牛熊分界线，指最近250日的收盘平均价即250天的市场平均成本。之所以被称为牛熊分界线是因为250日均线具有判断长期趋势的作用，250日均线掉头向上或向下意即牛熊市的到来。如果250日均线掉头向上，股价在250日均线上方运行称之为牛市行情，反之称为熊市行情。2020年疫情之后上证指数在6月份就出现了一波牛市行情，具体如下图所：

除此之外，250日均线也有长期对股价的支撑和压力作用，一旦长期趋势确立，股价就很难再次突破250日均线，这个时候就形成了长期的支撑或压力线，如下图可以看出现在上证指数已经是进入了熊市，并且在250日均线附近受压再次向下。
