所以，增持的话总股本是不变的，只是大股东持有的股份增加了，流通股份减少了。回购会导致总股本的减少和股东权益的减少，简单理解就是用公家的钱把一部分股份注销掉，然后间接提高了每股净资产和每股收益来平衡，这样一来对于股东也没有影响。无论是增持还是回购都有利于传递上市公司对股价走势的信心，能起到一定支撑股价的作用。不过增持之后还是可以减持的，回购之后不能再卖出，这也是增持和回购的区别。
