股票的开盘价是根据集合竞价产生的，集合竞价规则：可实现最大成交量原则、高于该价格的买入申报与低于该价格的卖出申报全部成交原则、与该价格相同的买方或卖方至少有一方全部成交原则。

比如说：某只股票上市后，在10元价位的时候，买卖双方有5000手委托单；而在13元的时候有1万手委托单，那么系统就会按照最大成交量原则，确立一个开盘价，若9:25以前，所有的委托单都没有超过1万手，那么开盘价就确认为13元。
