如果以前从来没有开过股票账户，那么新用户需要满足：

①、开通前20个交易日，证券账户及资金账户内的日均资产不低于10万元人民币；

②、24个月以上的交易经验；

③、风险测评C4积极型以上。

如果是2020年4月28日以后开通了创业板的权限，但是更换一个账户后，则新账户需要重新满足要求才能开通创业板的权限。
