有限制，对于有涨跌幅限制的股票，主板的股票申报买入的价格不能高于涨停价，申报卖出的股票不能低于跌停价，也就是不能低于前一交易日收盘价的±10%。买卖无价格涨跌幅限制的证券，集合竞价阶段的有效申报价格应符合下列规定：

（一）股票开盘集合竞价阶段的交易申报价格不高于前收盘价格的900%，并且不低于前收盘价格的50%；

（二）基金、债券开盘集合竞价阶段的交易申报价格最高不高于前收盘价格的150%，并且不低于前收盘价格的70%；

（三）股票收盘集合竞价阶段的交易申报价格不高于最新成交价格的110%且不低于最新成交价格的90%。

当日无交易的，前收盘价格视为最新成交价格。

目前，我们国家科创板和创业板的股票上市前五个交易日不设置涨跌幅度限制，北交所的股票上市首日不设置涨跌幅限制。
