均线主要看哪些周期视自己的交易和看盘习惯可以自主设置选择。东方财富交易软件电脑版里面打开系统自动设置的是5，10，20，40，60，120，250日均线。但是这么多均线在缠绕在一起容易眼花缭乱，所以平时看盘可以删减掉40，120，250这几根线。因为短线看5，10，20够了，长线看60也够了。只不过股价波动在不同的时候会触碰到不同周期的线，如果是想全面把握均线的作用，可以隔一段时间调整下参考均线，设置好一段时间就可以不用动了。比如发现60均线突破了，这个时候上方就可以增加120均线来看更大的压力位在哪。

均线还有分时、日、月、季、年周期之分，5均线如果参照的是日就是5日线，参照的是周就是5周线。短线主要看分时和日周期，波段主要看日和周周期，长线主要看月和年周期。不过，也可以同时把握，看长做短，看短作长，这样更能全面把握行情走势。
