3、资金成分有不同：QFII资金一般都是真正的外资资金，而北向资金里面除了包括国际资金和香港资金外，还有一定程度的国内资金借道香港再通过沪股通和深股通回流A股。至于原因可能是国内部分资金去香港融资或者换个马甲诱导散户吧。
