对于投资者来说，新股中签后，可以判断上市公司的盈利情况，中签率，规模大小等决定自己是否要缴款，如果说公司规模小，盈利能力好，中签率也低，那么就可以缴款。如果中签率很高，公司上市前盈利能力一般，则可以偶尔放弃一次，因为上市后可能破发，特别是注册制的股票。
