股票中签后一般是系统自动扣款，不需要投资者手动买入，中签日当天，投资者需要做到的就是要保证股票账户有足额的资金，如果股票账户的资金不充足，届时也会扣款失败，系统自动认定为放弃缴款。投资者可以将股票账户中的一部分股票卖出，以此保证资金充足，也可以重新银证转账到股票账户。

新股中签后未缴款的后果：投资者连续12个月内累计出现3次中签但未足额缴款的情形时，从最近一次申报其放弃认购的次日起6个月内（按180个自然日计算，含次日）不得参与网上新股申购，以及可转债的申购。

新股中签对中国股民来说都是梦寐以求的，如果中签最好缴款，虽然后市有破发的可能，但是上市首日就卖出，盈利的概率还是很大的。
