对于投资者来说，自己需要做的就是保证股票账户有足额的资金，没有足额的资金，即便系统将一部分资金冻结了，但最后在三点前资金不足，系统一样扣款不成功，就会认定为投资者放弃缴款，放弃缴款一次没有什么影响，但是投资者连续12个月内累计出现3次中签但未足额缴款的情形时，从最近一次申报其放弃认购的次日起6个月内（按180个自然日计算，含次日）不得参与网上新股申购，以及可转债的申购。
