打开证券交易软件—点击下方买卖—开始办理—开通权限即可，如下图所示：

但是新三板买卖流动性很差，股票的买卖价格可能也是非常低的。

另外一种是破产，破产后投资者就不能再买卖股票了，如果持有破产公司股票就只能等着上市公司清偿公司剩余的资产。最后一种是等待股票重组上市，重组上市后投资者手中的股票就可以重新上市买卖了。
