股票DR表示除权除息，除权除息当天，投资者股票账户看似会亏很多钱，而这部分亏损的钱不是真正的亏损，而是变成了股票中的现金了。打个比方：分红前股价为10元，采取10派10的分红方案后，每10股投资者就能获得10元的现金红利，分红后股价就会变成5元，如果投资者有100股，分红后股票资产变成了5×100股+500元的现金红利，在股票账户中，看似自己股票亏损了500元，实际上这减少的500元就是股票账户中得到的现金分红。

但是分红后，股价可能上涨也可能会下跌。如果公司除息后，大多数投资者一致看涨，就会相应地买入股票，推动股价上涨，此时叫做填权，如果上涨到分红前基准价之上，则叫做填满权，那么此时就意味着投资者不要卖出手里的股票，就能提前取出一部分资金。

而如果分红后股价下跌，则叫做贴权，贴权就意味着亏损，此时账户中因为已经提取出来了一部分现金，加上分红后如果有送股，则股票基数变大，后期股价下跌，则会亏损更多。
