可转债会停牌核查，如果出现以下情形，交易所将公布严重异常波动期间的投资者分类交易统计等信息，可能采取停牌核查：

1、连续10个交易日内3次出现第二十一条规定的同向异常波动情形。

2、连续10个交易日内日收盘价格涨跌幅偏离值累计达到+100％（-50％）。

3、连续30个交易日内日收盘价格涨跌幅偏离值累计达到+200％（-70％）。

4、中国证监会或者本所认定属于严重异常波动的其他情形。

可转债交易出现异常波动时，上市公司或者相关信息披露义务人应当及时核查下列事项：

1、是否存在导致可转债价格异常波动的未披露事项；

2、可转债价格偏离可转债价值的程度；

3、上市公司董事、监事、高级管理人员、实际控制人、控股股东及其一致行动人买卖公司可转债的情况；4、是否存在导致可转债价格异常波动的重大信息或者重大风险事项。
