新债上市首日：

1、当日收盘价涨跌幅达到±15％的前五只可转债；

2、当日价格振幅达到 30％的前五只可转债；

老债日常交易：

1、连续3个交易日内日收盘价格涨跌幅偏离值累计达到±30％；

2、中国证监会或者本所认定属于异常波动的其他情形。

这在一定程度上加强了对可转债的监管，保护了投资者，也促使了资金回流股市，为注册制发行作支撑。

除此之外，向不特定对象发行的可转债上市后的首个交易日涨幅比例为57.3％、跌幅比例为43.3％。上市首个交易日后，涨跌幅比例为20％，对于新增投资者需要满足10万元+24个月才能交易的条件才能开通可转债权限。
