1、可转债的申购方式为信用申购，这意味着投资者股票账户中无资金无市值，也可以进行顶格申购可转债。

2、可转债打新以第一次申购为准，重复申购为无效申购，申购数量不能超出其最大可申购数量，否则为无效申购。

3、中签之后，投资者必须在缴纳资金日时准备充足的资金，资金不足视为放弃这次可转债打新机会，当投资者连续12个月累计3次中签但未缴款，6个月内不可再参与新股、可转债的申购，且放弃次数是按照投资者实际放弃认购的新股、可转债次数的合并统计。
