如果内盘大于外盘，说明主动性卖出的委托单多，股市抛压重后市可能承压，如果内盘为0，说明股票当日开盘就一字跌停，盘中没有任何成交，说明一致性看空的信号比较强烈，投资者短期内应该远离该只个股。

反之，外盘就是买盘，内外盘表示已成交的数量总和，投资者可根据内外盘成交的数据分析买卖双方力量的变化：如果内盘大于外盘，说明主动性卖出的委托单多，后市可能承压；如果外盘大于内盘，说明主动性买入的委托单多，说明股票的做多的意愿强。
