同时，上交所主板、科创板、创业板：对于中报业绩预告没有强制要求，可以披露也可以不披露，深交所主板：净利润为负值；实现扭亏为盈；实现盈利，且净利润与上年同期相比上升或者下降 50%以上，期末净资产为负值均需要披露。
