在每个会计年度的上半年结束之日起两个月内披露半年度报告，一般来说，创业板公司应当在7月15日之前披露半年度业绩预告，半年报符合（扣非）净利润为负值；净利润实现扭亏为盈；实现盈利，且净利润与上年同期相比上升或者下降50%以上情形之一的可以披露业绩预告，不强制。

上市公司预计半年度出现前述情形之一的，可以进行业绩预告。

上市公司董事、监事、高级管理人员应当及时、全面了解和关注公司经营情况和财务信息，并和会计师事务所进行必要的沟通，审慎判断是否达到本条规定情形。

投资者可以根据半年报来买卖个股，即当半年报预增，则进行买入操作，反之，进行卖出操作。
