上市公司应当在每个会计年度结束之日起四个月内披露年度报告，在每个会计年度的上半年结束之日起两个月内披露半年度报告，一般来说，创业板公司应当在7月15日之前披露半年度业绩预告，对于（扣非）净利润为负值；实现盈利，且净利润与上年同期相比上升或者下降 50％以上均需要披露。

对于基数较小的公司，在经过交易所豁免后，可以不用披露业绩预告。比如说出现以下情况可申请豁免披露：

1、上一年年度每股收益绝对值低于或者等于 0.05 元；

2、上一年半年度每股收益绝对值低于或者等于 0.03 元。

投资者可以根据半年报来买卖个股，即当半年报预增，则进行买入操作，反之，进行卖出操作。
