股市每个交易日的下午三点收盘，也就是停盘，我们国家股市的开盘时间周期为每周一到周五，节假日例外，具体的开盘停盘时间为：早上开盘时间为9点30分，停盘时间为11点30分，下午开盘时间为1点，停盘时间是3点。在注册制下，实施了盘后交易，所以科创板和创业板的股票最后会有半个小时的盘后交易时间，为13:05-15:30，意味着注册制下的股票将在15:30后停盘。

这是整个交易时间的停盘时间，但是在盘中，如果股价异常波动，也可能会停盘，如：

1、深交所主板的股票当日股价较开盘价上涨或下跌至10%时，停盘30分钟，复盘后可上涨到44%。

2、沪深主板股票连续3个交易日内，日收盘价格涨跌幅偏离值累计达到±20%、日均换手率与前5个交易日的日均换手率的比值达到30倍，并且该连续三个交易日内的累计换手率达到20%的，临时停牌30分钟，停牌时间跨越14:57，于当日14:57复牌。

3、科创板和创业板前五个交易日不设置涨跌幅限制，但设有临停制度：当日盘中股价较开盘价首次上涨和下跌达到30%、60%，各停牌10分钟，复盘后便没有涨跌幅限制。
