国内的大资金在国际原油下跌的时候，刻意的做多，即在国际原油下跌的时候，大量的买入，在买入单的推动下，会推动原油价格上涨。

除此之外，国内石油的零售价，每次间隔十个工作日会调整一次，而调整的标准是参考调价前10个工作日国际国际油价的平均值，再与之前10个工作日的平均值，进行比对，这在一定程度上也会导致国际原油和国内原油走势不一样。
