1、连续120交易日通过本所交易系统实现的股票累计成交量低于200 万股；

2、连续20个交易日每日股票收盘价均低于每股面值；

3、连续20个交易日每日股票收盘市值均低于 3 亿元；

4、连续二十个交易日每日公司股东人数均少于 400 人等。

财务类摘牌规则：

1、最近一个会计年度经审计的净利润为负值且营业收入低于 1 亿元，或追溯重述后最近一个会计年度净利润为负值且营业收入低于 1 亿元；

2、最近一个会计年度经审计的期末净资产为负值，或追溯重述后最近一个会计年度期末净资产为负值等。
