2、从交易风险上来看，可转债的风险更大，其原因是可转债实施T+0交易，并且当天不设置涨跌幅限制，理论上不会出现买不进或卖不出去的情况，但是可转债下跌的时候也绝不含糊，跌速和跌幅可能都比股票大，所以这一点风险很大。另一点就是股票有涨跌停限制，只要不是极端的情况，一般股票跌停后两三个天就会开板，但是可转债可能一天都跌20多个点。
