如果下修原因是因为派送红股、转增股本、配股、派发现金红利等，就是被动下调，被动下调后股价也会跟随下调，此时正股股价就和转股价一起下跌了，但是下跌是因为除权。如果说“公司股票在任意连续三十个交易日中至少有十五个交易日的收盘价低于当期转股价格的 80%”就说明是主动下调，则此时正股可能有正相关关系，也可能负相关。

因为下修转债转股价格后，正股没有受到影响，那么此时正股价格、转股价格、可转债的价格就会不一致，主要还是看资金是否会炒作。
