在低位或者上涨途中出现急拉急跌则可能是洗盘，即主力拉升可转债之后，发现盘中的散户较多，为了洗掉盘中的散户，减轻可转债后期上涨的压力，则会在拉升可转债之后，卖出一部分筹码，导致可转债出现急跌的情况，从而引起市场上的散户恐慌，抛出手中的可转债，达到洗盘的目的。
