2、某只股票连续五个交易日列入“股票、基金公开信息”。

3、某只股票价格的振幅连续三个交易日达到15%。

4、某只股票的日均成交金额连续五个交易日逐日增加50%。

5、证券交易所或中国证监会认为属于异常波动的其它情况。
