2、港股不设置涨跌幅限制，所以当遇到重大利空或利好因素的时候，股价可能会暴涨暴跌。虽然没有涨跌幅限制，但是存在冷静期制度，即在持续交易时间段以内，股价会限制在5分钟前最后一次交易价的±10%，衍生产品价格限制幅度为±5%，超越价格范围的话，会触发5分钟冷静期，冷静期内仍可继续交易，波幅限制为10%，5分钟冷静期后恢复正常。

3、香港股票交易时间分为早市和午市早市，为上午9：30分-12:00，14:30-16:00，收市竞收时段为16:00-16:10。

4、港股实施双向交易，也就是可以买涨也可以买跌。

5、港股实施T+2交收制度，也就是当天卖出股票后，资金T+2日可取。
