1、所有客户定单都必须由做市商用自己的帐户买进卖出，客户与客户定单之间不直接进行交易。

2、做市商必须事先报出买卖价格，而投资人在看到报价后才能下达定单。

同时，做市商负有两个基本的做市责任

1、公开报价，即就其做市的股票报出“买价”和“卖价”。

2、在报价范围内，只要投资者愿意买，做市商就必须卖，或只要持股者愿意卖，做市商就必须买。
