需要注意的是，a股市场上，并不是所有的个股都能通过这种方法进行做空操作，投资者只能交易融资融券标的范围内的个股；存在被强制平仓的风险，即投资者的亏损，使保证金低于某一范围，且不追加保证金时，证券公司出于风险考虑，会强制卖出投资者股票的行为。
