1、涨跌幅限制：

上市前5日不设涨跌幅限制，第6个交易日开始实施±20%的涨跌幅限制。前五日虽然不设置涨跌幅限制，但设有临停制度：当日盘中股价较开盘价首次上涨和下跌达到30%、60%，各停牌10分钟。（涨跌幅限制科创板与创业板一致）

2、交易时间：

和正常交易以外，还有盘后固定价格交易时间：15:05-15:30。

3、买卖原则：

申报买入时：单笔申报数量应当不小于200股，超过200股的部分，可以以1股为单位递增，如201股、202股等。反之卖出也一样，只是余额不足200股时，应当一次性申报卖出。
