3、沪深主板的股票上市首日最高涨幅为44%，而30开头创业板的股票上市首日不限制涨跌幅限制。

4、沪深主板的股票首日上市临停制度：当日股价较开盘价上涨至10%时，停盘30分钟；复盘最高涨幅为44%。创业板30开头股票首日上涨较开盘价30%、60%各停牌10分钟。
