1、转股，也就是如果某中概股到美股上市，退市后转成港股在港交所上市或转成A股在内地上市，那么此时投资者亏损的资金也会更少，在新的交易所上市后，后市还可能迎来新生。

2、私有化退市：也就是用现金买回中概股，让公司的股票变得私有化，这样能变现，对投资者来说的影响也比较小。

3、强制退市：此时无法在境外交易，如果没有回购等措施那么相当于亏损，如果未来可以在港股或A股上市，则利好。

3、转移到OTC粉单市场，相当于我们的股转系统，交易不活跃，意味着亏损。
