对于一些优质的股票，破净后，说明公司股价被严重低估，此时每股收益低于每股净资产，而在破净后买入，后市盈利的概率很大。如果是垃圾股破净，则投资者就要注意风险。在熊市市场中，若上市公司股价破净，很可能是被估值错杀，因为熊市市场人气涣散，即便散户有心也无力，没增量资金进场股票就没有上涨的空间。
