PC端以东方财富网为例，打开该公司官网首页，找到数据数据中心-限售解禁，下滑后就能找到当日或本周，本月要解禁的个股，如图：

解禁的意思就是解除禁止交易，即限售股股东手里的股票原来不能流通买卖，现在可以在二级市场通过集合竞价或连续竞价的方式将手里的股票卖出，卖出股票意味着流通中的股票数量增加，现金流减少，所以对上市公司股价来说是一个利空消息，下跌的概率大。
