一般来说，如果可转债提示转股后，投资者如果不及时转股，可转债可能会被强制赎回，从而导致账户遭受资金损失。

可转债申请转股的总面值必须是1000元的整数倍，当投资者申请转股最后得到的股份尾数不足1股时，公司将在转股日后的5个交易日内以现金兑付。

转股成功之后，在下一个交易日，投资者才能进行卖出它，一般来说，当转股价高于现价（正股价）时，投资者进行转股操作，会亏损，当转股价低于现价（正股价）时，投资者进行转股操作，会赚取一定的差价。
