1、新股上市的时候，有很多散户买不到子公司的股票，因此就会转向投资母公司的股票，这样母公司的股价就会上涨；

2、因为子公司上市就能得到更多的融资，融资有利于公司提高业绩；

3、母公司与子公司的关系是控制与被控制的关系，因此子公司当年的净利润会根据母公司的控股情况分配一部分给母公司，在会计上叫做“归母净利”，因此能增加母公司的净利润，属于利好。

4、子公司上市之后，如果业绩一般，甚至业绩每年亏损，则对母子公司来说，都是利空的。

不过无论是利好还是利空，都是一个短暂的因素，并且利好股价也不一定会上涨，利空股价也不一定会下跌，还需要根据母子工资的股票走势，基本面等单独分析。
