所谓折算率是指一种货币与另外一种货币的对折换算比率，通常情况下我们指的是把股票换算成现金的比例。打个比方：假设持有10万元的股票，折算率原来为80%的时候可以融资到8万元，而假设折算率下跌到60%后就只能融资6万元。如果折算率为0，就意味着不能融资，不能融资，就无法追加杠杆，对投资者来说只是不能融资，但是对于融资融券的股票来说：流动性减弱之后，可能会导致股价下跌。
