股票进入老三板后，净资产为负的公司每周一三五交易；净资产为正的公司一周交易5次；不能按时披露年报的公司只能周五交易一次。老三板和新三板统称三板市场，都属于场外市场（全国中小企业股份转让系统），目前三板市场风险较大，主要是机构投资者，交易并不活跃，个人投资者参与得非常少。

股票退市规则：1、明确财务造假判定指标；2、退市整理期减少至15个交易日；3、连续20个交易日股票面值低于1元；连续20个交易日市值低于3亿元；4、信息披露和规范运作存在重大缺陷；半数董事长对年报、半年报不保真；5、净利润亏损并且营业收入低于1亿元将被ST，连续两年直接退市，取消暂停上市、恢复上市环节；6、整理期首日不设涨跌幅限制，交易类退市不设整理期，一年触及财务类指标即ST，深交所设“风险警示板”单日买入不得超过50万股。
