市价委托是指投资者委托券商按市场价格进行股票交易，市价委托一般能保证投资者及时进行成交，市价委托在偏离市场实时价格较小的情况下，一般能实时交易，若委托价格和市场实时价格偏离幅度比较大的情况下，不一定能成交。

股票委托方式不包括：电话委托、函授委托、当面委托、传真委托等。股票实行T+1交易，当天买入第二个交易日才能卖出，交易时间：周一至周五上午9:30-11：30，下午13:00-15:00，法定节假日不交易。
