也就是说这个债券可以交易，可以转股，可以继续持有，因此获利的方式有很多，而公司的普通债券一般只能持有，如果要转让，只能通过银行系统将未到期的转让出去，所以可转债的投资更多元化，也是很多短线投资者的首选。

可转债实施T+0交易制度，且不设置涨跌幅限制，但是设有临停制度：涨跌幅达到20%时停牌30分钟，涨跌幅达30%时，临停至14:57分。
