可转债临时停牌时候可以委托，但辞退不会撮合成交，所以不可以买入，因为系统处于暂停交易状态，所以在这个期间的委托单都暂存后台，不会撮合成交，只有复盘后才会撮合成交。根据《上海证券交易所证券异常交易实时监控细则2018版》第三条第三款，和深交所发布的《可转债临时停牌通知》得知，新规停牌制度如下：

1、盘中成交价较前收盘价首次上涨或下跌达到或超过20%的，临时停牌时间为30分钟；

2、盘中成交价较前收盘价首次上涨或下跌达到或超过30%的，临时停牌至14:57；

3、临时停牌时间跨越14:57的，于当日14:57复牌，并对已接受的申报进行复牌集合竞价，再进行收盘集合竞价。

另外，在临停期间，投资者还可以撤单，撤单后的资金原路返回，对于临停的转债，投资者没必要去委托，因为临停后如果复盘价格下跌，则无疑在高位买进，如果复盘后上涨，此时投资者再委托也不迟。
