有限制，可转债上市次日涨跌幅限制为20%，上市首个交易日不设涨跌幅限制（最高涨幅为57.3%，最高跌幅为43.3%），有临时停牌机制，临时停牌机制为：

盘中成交价较前收盘价首次上涨或下跌达到或超过20%的，临时停牌时间为30分钟；

盘中成交价较前收盘价首次上涨或下跌达到或超过30%的，临时停牌至14:57；

临时停牌时间跨越14:57的，于当日14:57复牌，并对已接受的申报进行复牌集合竞价，再进行收盘集合竞价。

也就是说假设昨日的收盘价为100元，下跌20%的时候，即100*（1-20%）=80元，价格为80元的时候临停20分钟，价格为70元的时候临时停牌到14:57。

一般来说，只要上市公司没有重大利空消息，一般可转债的价格不会无限制的下跌，也不会突然触及临停，在临时停牌的时候，投资者的委托单暂存后台，不会撮合成交。
