深交所包括深交所主板和创业板股票，深交所主板新股上市首个交易日不设涨跌幅限制，但设有临时停牌机制，当深交所主板新股上市首日盘中涨幅与开盘涨幅之差首次达到10%时，交易所对其实施临时停牌30分钟。创业板新股上市前5个交易日不设涨跌幅限制，但设有临时停牌机制，创业板新股上市盘中涨幅与开盘涨幅之差首次达到30%，停牌10分钟，复牌后涨跌到60%的，再停10分钟，不过停牌的时间不管多长，都要在14:57复牌。

另外，深交所可转债也有临时停牌机制，当可转债涨跌幅达到20%时停牌30分钟，价格涨跌幅超过30%停牌30分钟，需要注意的是，一旦停牌时间超过14：57，会自动复牌。
