1、上海证券交易所：上午9点15开盘，11点30-13点为午休时间，下午1点-3点期间可进行交易，3点整交易结束。

2、深圳证券交易所：上午9点15开盘，11点30-13点为午休时间，下午1点-3点期间可进行交易，3点整交易结束。

3、香港证券交易所：上午10点开盘，12点30-14点30为午休时间，下午2点30-4点期间可进行交易，4点整交易结束。(周末、国家法定节假日香港公众假日均为休市日)
