2、交易场所不同：股票在证券交易所交易，目前国内有三家证券交易所，分别是：上海证券交易所、深圳证券交易所和北京证券交易所，期货在期货交易所交易，目前国内有四家期货交易所，分别是：郑州期货交易所、大连期货交易所、上海期货交易所、中国金融期货交易所。

3、交易规则不同：股票实行T+1交易，按照市场实时价格进行成交，遵循价格优先、时间优先的原则，沪市、深市和创业板每一交易单位为100股及其整数倍，科创板每一交易单位为200股及其整数倍，沪深两市股票涨跌幅限制为10%，创业板和科创板股票涨跌幅限制为20%；期货实行T+0交易，买卖双向交易，没有涨跌幅限制，采取保证金交易。
